Position/Title : Manager, Retail Strategy and Planning 
Location : Seoul, Korea 
Report To : Sr. Manager, BD & Strategy
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
1. Retail Strategy 
1) Develop and implement tailored retail strategies by tire and channel. 
2) Adapt strategies based on market trends, retail landscape, and consumer insights. 
3) Prioritize key growth drivers and ensure relevant focus. 
4) Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize new store environments. 
5) Drive new growth through testing and learning new opportunities. 
6) Innovate retail processes for efficiency improvements. 
7) Implement new business systems tailored to the Korea market. 
8) Provide date-driven recommendations to senior management. 
 
2. Retail Planning and Activation 
1) Collaborate with FP&A for sales, cost, inventory planning. 
2) Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. 
3) Plan and execute in-store activations. 
4) Communicate and follow up with store and landlord representatives. 
 
3. Business Analytics 
1) Develop dashboards and reports to drive retail process innovation. 
2) Work with regional teams to ensure data validity and efficiency. 
3) Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making. 
 

Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor¡¯s degree 
  2. +7 years of proven prior experience in strategy or retail planning. 
  3. Strong growth mindset and adaptability. 
  4. Result-oriented and consumer-focused. 
  5. Passionate and perseverant (Grit). 
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  7. Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  8. Experience in project management, process innovation, and user interface development. 
  9. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
