Key Responsibilities
 
Technical Support & Operations
• Collaborate with L1/L2 partners in daily network administration and support (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Help resolve network incidents within SLAs under senior supervision.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SD-WAN (Fortinet), Cisco/Meraki LAN/Wi-Fi, and cloud-integrated networks.
• Support new store openings, site relocations, and warehouse integrations.
• Maintain network documentation (configurations, inventories).
Collaboration & Coordination
• Participate in regional meetings to share Korea-specific updates / topics.
• Coordinate with vendor on procurement (PR/PO), and invoice tracking.
• Coordinate on-site support with Regional Helpdesk and third-party providers (e.g., Singtel, OBS, KT).
 
Who You Are
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in enterprise networking. Retail / B2C exposure is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
▪ Foundational knowledge of MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN (Fortinet/Meraki), and cloud networking (AWS).
▪ CCNA certification preferred; CCNP or ITIL is a bonus.
• Soft Skills:
▪ Collaborative team player with strong analytical abilities.
▪ Work well independently as well as a team.
▪ Adaptable to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
▪ Fluent in Korean (native), English (written/spoken).
• Mindset: Eager learner, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
