ä¿ëȸ»ç : ±Û·Î¹ú IT ¾Æ¿ô¼Ò½Ì ÄÁ¼³ÆÃ»ç ±Ù¹«Áö : ¼¿ï°í¿ëÁ¶°Ç : °è¾àÁ÷(1³â), ±â°£¿¬Àå °¡´É Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Operations• Collaborate with L1/L2 partners in daily network administration and support (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi).• Help resolve network incidents within SLAs under senior supervision.• Monitor and troubleshoot SD-WAN (Fortinet), Cisco/Meraki LAN/Wi-Fi, and cloud-integrated networks.• Support new store openings, site relocations, and warehouse integrations.• Maintain network documentation (configurations, inventories).Collaboration & Coordination• Participate in regional meetings to share Korea-specific updates / topics.• Coordinate with vendor on procurement (PR/PO), and invoice tracking.• Coordinate on-site support with Regional Helpdesk and third-party providers (e.g., Singtel, OBS, KT). Who You Are• Experience: 2 to 4 years in enterprise networking. Retail / B2C exposure is a plus.• Technical Skills:▪ Foundational knowledge of MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN (Fortinet/Meraki), and cloud networking (AWS).▪ CCNA certification preferred; CCNP or ITIL is a bonus.• Soft Skills:▪ Collaborative team player with strong analytical abilities.▪ Work well independently as well as a team.▪ Adaptable to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.▪ Fluent in Korean (native), English (written/spoken).• Mindset: Eager learner, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
