- - Bachelor of a university / MBA preferred
- - Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the medical device industry, with strong exposure to hospital systems and healthcare reimbursement structures.
- - Proven leadership experience, including team management and organizational influence.
- - Solid understanding of surgical workflows and minimally invasive techniques.
- - Experience working with or in operating rooms, with physicians or KOLs.
- - Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
