Develop and deliver in corporate programs in people development and organizational culture.   

Design, develop and execute training programs to enhance staff¡¯s knowledge and 

  skills in selling, customer service, communication and leadership.

Coordinate and deliver other corporate and retail initiation such as Town-hall meeting, 

  awards ceremony, retail conference and store on-site coaching.

Work with retail team to review, amend and enhance training programs and delivery.

Coordinate and communicate with international team¡¯s trainers to ensure global alignment of

  training strategies and priorities.

Manage the organization¡¯s Learning Management System and training budget

 

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

Degree holder with minimum 7 years retail training and management training experiences in

   multinational companies is highly preferable.

Good command of written and spoken English

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
