* Main Responsibility
- Conduct in-store coaching sessions and record activities in iLearn (including due tasks)
- Manage attendance records and collect participant feedback via Microsoft Forms
- Track training status by store and week, updating onboarding and training reports accordingly
- Guide store managers on briefing record procedures using iLearn guidelines and PPT references
- Monitor training completion rates and prepare reports (with collection completion goal of 95%)
- Provide instructions for extracting store-specific training reports and managing reporting processes (CXG Connect, iLearn)
- Register training results and completion status in iLearn; ensure automated report circulation to relevant stakeholders
* Requirements
- 3-5+ years¡¯ experience in retail training, learning & development, or retail operations, preferably in luxury/premium retail
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and clienteling practices
- Proven track record in training delivery, coaching, and onboarding programs
- Proficient in e-learning systems (iLearn or equivalent), reporting tools, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Korean
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for people development and enhancing retail excellence
