[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Recruitment & Employer Branding - Managing Korea office recruitment - Interview applicants for all positions - Conduct assessment center for all employees - Onboarding process of all new joiners - Closely monitor headcount and onboarding status - Conduct exit interviews - Supporting Internal & External Employer branding for brand Korea with L&D team O Organization & Talent Development: - Headcount plan and optimization (implement organization structure and redundancy in force etc.) for budget control & management - Performance and advise on implications of decisions on a local level. - Ensure staffing, development and retention of key positions and leadership team - Design, and/or adapt/ implement, global/regional, HR solutions to access, identify & develop talents to continuously strengthen internal talent pools and build sustainable Talent Pipeline for today & tomorrow in line with business needs. - Identify development needs of each talent and set up right ways of development plan - Monitor organization & talents through regular & constant communication - Regularly discuss about brands¡¯ organization review and succession plan O Retail HR - Work closely with ER Manager for social issues - Work closely with Retail Talent Management team, for Retail Talent Management (hiring, performance review, mobility, development) O Others - Participate in ad-hoc HR-projects, as directed by HR Director/Brand GM as well as regional/central brand HR team - Attended labor-management council and various disciplinary committees if needed - Counsel and handle retail employees¡¯ grievances if any.
