Job Description The Retail Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing product strategies and monitoring business performance, with a constant focus on market trends and client needs. The role is key in driving sales growth and maximizing overall business performance.
Major Responsibilities - Lead buying activities by conducting both qualitative and quantitative analyses to define the master order, ensuring a balanced and strategic global product mix. Align with Retail and Collection Merchandising teams to reinforce key seasonal messages and core product selections. - Gather and analyze product feedback and market needs to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Conduct daily qualitative analysis and provide actionable input related to visual merchandising and product relocation. - Optimize stock levels across stores by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities for reorders or cancellations, and continuously monitoring supply flow and slow-moving items. Stay informed on industry trends through ongoing research into market dynamics, competitor offerings, and evolving product demands. - Deliver product training sessions to store teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the collection, product features, and overall merchandising strategy.
