Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting or budget management
o Experience working in a multinational company is required
o Background in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus
• Skills
o Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
o Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
o Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels
o Fluent in both Korean and English
o Experience with SAP and familiarity with Workdays-Adaptive planning tool is a plus
