Looking for a sharp and dynamic HR Associate( or Associate Mgr. or Manager ) to join our team.
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong HR operations background who can navigate complex challenges with a smart, business-focused approach.
You'll be a key player in managing our HR functions, from compensation and benefits to employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Insight: You'll leverage your strong background in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to provide valuable insights and support strategic discussions, without being responsible for the day-to-day C&B administration
- Employee Relations (ER) & Legal: Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing expert advice and solutions.
You'll handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in line with company policies and labor laws.
You'll also partner with our legal team to manage any litigation or labor-related disputes.
- HR Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
You will manage our HRIS and leverage data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
You'll stay up-to-date on legal changes and implement necessary adjustments to mitigate risks.
- Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- This role is for a highly capable and versatile HR professional who can manage both the tactical and strategic aspects of HR.

O Experience: 5-10 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a multinational Retail or FMCG company.

O Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

O Language: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively with our global headquarters is essential.

O Must-Have Experience:

- C&B: Solid experience with compensation and benefits programs.

- ER: Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues.

- Legal & Compliance: Direct experience with labor law compliance and handling legal or litigation matters related to HR.

- HR Operations: Broad experience in HR operations, including recruitment and HRIS management.

- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
