-Provide necessary support when needed related to recruitment, training, participation in internal and external events, and digital talent development.
-Lead innovation and digitalization activities  (eg. building new production facilities such as the battery pack plant)
-Response and support on Internal and External audits
-Project Management
-Active role in implementing continuous improvements, bringing new ideas, technologies and processes 
-Lead and monitor progress on global projects

-관련 자격증 보유 우대
-Transformation 프로젝트 관리 경험
-제조 및 공급망 솔루션 관련 경험
