About the Role
Main Responsibilities
- Support Retail Marketing Manager for creating quarterly promotion plan and activities for each retail channels. (both on/offline)
- Develop and propose promotion schemes based on sales demands, aligned with business objective based on marketing calendar.
- Support execution of all retail campaigns from beginning to an end.
- Control/manage external agency for executing all promotional activities and projects including offline events.
- Responsible for planning and producing a variety of in-store activation materials and collaterals.
- Provide timely follow-up on ad-hoc retail requests.
- Manage Retail Marketing expenses and create PO for budget tracking.
About You
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of Retail Marketing or related experience preferably in various channels both offline/online.
- Have a good understanding of the nature of the retail environment, especially DS.
- Mindset to quickly adapt to changes and Proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Background in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Have ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and
- Fluent in English and Korean.
