O General Management
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices
- Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the warehouse
- Analysing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans in place
- Identifying and minimising risk by predicting the demand for products and adopting new technology with no interruption to the process
- Developing contingency supply plan for core raw product
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders
- Supervising and training employees

1. Collate supplier, market, distribution and internal business data for business in scope, and provide in-depth input and validation to the Category and Supply Chain Strategy, including facilitating involvement of senior stakeholders.
2. Provide SCM input to inform the business target setting process and take responsibility for the delivery of significant SCM target savings following engagement in the target setting process.
Develop a pipeline of category initiatives and opportunities (Savings / Productivity / Risk Management / Innovation) required to meet significant targets using external supply market / business intelligence, application of benchmarking methodologies and internal business partner knowledge.
Provide input into the development of the Annual Category and Distribution Plan based on the category strategy, business planning activities and category pipeline and ensure these are staffed and executed in a timely basis in line with targeted goals.

O Commercial Communication
- Proactively communicating with internal / external customers about any issues or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Act as the main customer point of contact and coordinate across internal departments to meet their needs.
- Holding regular meetings with customers to review and present performance metrics and address any issues.
- Lead cross functional teams (e.g S&OP) to eliminate any fulfillment risks and delays. Define cross-functional actions to mitigate and solve any potential delay.

O Supply Chain Visibility and Transparency
- Work close with customers to forecast demand, anticipate needs, and align on production planning
- Provide customers with full visibility into the supply chain to foster trust and better planning.
- Sharing information proactively about potential delays, disruptions, or changes to inventory availability.
- Ensuring that inventory levels aligned with key stakeholders maintained including new products
- Monitor stock levels in real time and lead actions to ensure replenishments are sent on time.
- Managing disruptions to ensure minimal impact on customers.
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or transport delays.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in global logistics, and supply chain management within a multinational organization. (food & beverage experiences preferred)

- Professional certification in supply chain / Logistics preferable.

- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP and QAD preferrable).

- Strong understating of logistics, regulatory environments, and economic dynamics in the region.

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Professional Proficiency in English or Chinese.

- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with ERP systems, demand forecasting tools, and logistics management software is a plus.
