Job Title: Advanced Quality Planner (선행품질)

Job scope:

• This position is a key member of the power tailgate product team and will work on a cross-functional team as a quality lead to meet all quality, production, and other defined business performance targets.

The Advanced Quality Planner will act as a quality responsible for effective internal and external customer communications, ensuring all requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the quality of defined projects.

Responsibility for customer communication and coordination of quality topics.

Demand actions if there is a deviation from the defined objectives and customer targets.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Analyze customer complaints and coordinate internal and external containment actions.

Determine root causes and implement immediate and permanent corrective actions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor`s degree with engineering background (Industrial engineering preferred)

• At least 4 years working experience as Customer Quality engineer for Korea & global automotive 

customer or equivalent positions

• Excellent Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality systems and experience of Korea & global quality 

Process (PPAP, APQP, ISIR, 8D) 

• Proficient in English skills (written and verbal) for effective communication with global stakeholder. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree with an engineering background (Industrial Engineering preferred).

•At least 10 years of working experience in advanced quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.

•Excellent knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality systems and experience with Korea & global quality

Processes (PPAP, APQP, ISIR, 8D).

•Proficient in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with global stakeholders.

•OPIC level of IH or higher.

Preferred Skill

•Certification in quality management (ISO/IATF/VDA/5-STAR/SQ).

•Experience with quality control software and tools (Minitab).

•Experience working with global automotive manufacturers.
