In this Role, you¡¯ll get to: -Ensure the stable operation of the company¡¯s internal IT systems and services. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (PCs, networks, telephony, printers, etc.). -Maintain and support internal client application systems. -Distribute, install, and troubleshoot client batch software. -Provide timely responses to user requests and IT service tickets. -Manage site cabling and coordinate with external suppliers when needed. -Oversee setup, maintenance, and control of IT security systems, server rooms, environmental monitoring, and related infrastructure. -Support both local (Seoul) and remote users. -Collaborate with internal departments, gather and follow up on user feedback, and contribute to improving the department¡¯s NPS score. -Lead IT-related projects, demonstrate management capability, and assist in ad-hoc initiatives.
What you'll Need to Succeed: -Proven experience managing IT assets and maintaining inventory. -Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). -At least 5 years of IT support experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. -Strong knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting (Windows, Mac, and mobile systems). -Basic networking knowledge; CCNA certification is a plus. -Familiarity with IT security systems, server room management, and environmental monitoring. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.). -Experience with Active Directory configuration, ITSM systems, and IT service processes. -Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Previous project or team leadership experience; PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus. -Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning. -Experience managing external vendors and suppliers. -Bilingual capability in English and Korean; Mandarin is an advantage. -Previous experience studying or working in an international environment is preferred.
