[담당업무]

O Accounting
- Manage daily operations of the accounting department including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) and cash management
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations ensuring compliance with IFRS and other financial regulations
- Develop, implement, and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, delegating tasks and supporting professional development
- Utilize ERP systems and accounting software to enhance automation and data accuracy
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and provide strategic insights to senior management

O Tax
- Be responsible for preparation for tax returns upon local tax laws and guidelines
- Prepare group tax report and forecast
- Handle tax audits and inspections.

[자격요건]

경력: 경력 10년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: Accounting Manager, CPA, KICPA, AICPA

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

- CPA certification preferred

- 10+ years working experience in accounting and in MNC retail with leadership experienced

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS), tax regulations, and financial legislation

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

- Proficient English communication ability.
