[ 담당업무 ]
· Sales and Business Growth: 
- Direct sales activities and business plan to fulfill the assigned growth and revenue goals of Korea heart recovery business
- Manage sales and clinical specialist teams to identify and develop business opportunities within hospitals and clinics

· Clinical Support and In-Service Training: 
- Maintain the ability to step in and provide on-site clinical case support

· Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hospital staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

[ 자격조건 ]
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in medical devices
- Hands-on experience in the operating room or with surgical procedures strongly preferred
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Korean
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills
