Job Description
- Identify and lead strategic business opportunities with local game developers, publishers, and payment partners.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key gaming companies.
- Provide tailored consulting and propose solutions that address partner needs and business goals.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, monitor partner performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at major industry events and conferences in Korea and across the APAC region.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to drive business growth.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performance culture within the APAC organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher.
- Min. of 10 yrs of relevant professional experience.
- Preferred background in the gaming, payment, or digital commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems, local market structure, and monetization strategies.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
