[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] MAIN PURPOSE Lead the brand¡¯s full business operation in Korea — from vision and P&L to execution and culture. The role demands a true fashion leader who balances strategic foresight with hands-on passion — someone who can debate global fashion ideas with HQ executives one day, and unbox the first delivery of a new store opening the next. This position will play a pivotal role in launching the new direct operation model in Korea, building the foundation of a dynamic, performance-driven, and brand-inspired team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES O Team Leadership & Culture - Build, lead, and motivate the Korea office and store teams. - Recruit and nurture talent with both business acumen and authentic passion for fashion. - Inspire and set the tone for the Korean organization, ensuring alignment with brand DNA. - Collaborate closely with HQ HR and management teams to foster a culture of creativity and responsibility.
O Business & P&L Ownership - Full ownership of Korea¡¯s P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in coordination with HQ Finance. - Deliver both top-line and bottom-line results, balancing ambition with operational discipline.
O Brand Equity & Market Development - Elevate brand desirability in Korea while staying true to heritage and creative direction. - Represent the brand across clients, media, and key stakeholders. - Partner with HQ marketing to localize global strategies with refined local insight. - Act as a key contributor to global brand positioning, sharing Korea market perspectives with HQ.
O CRM & Client Development - Strengthen client engagement and loyalty through innovative CRM and clienteling programs. - Develop and lead VIP and influencer strategies that reflect the brand¡¯s values.
O Network & Distribution Expansion - Design and execute long-term retail network plans. - Coordinate with HQ CEO, CCO, and Korea Real Estate teams for site selection and landlord relations. - Oversee internalization of operations from the current distributor.
O STRATEGIC PROJECTS - Transition the business from distribution model to direct operation. - Establish robust clienteling and VIP programs. - Develop an enduring network of celebrity, influencer, and ¡°friends of the brand¡± advocates.

luxury retail (total 18–23 years professional experience). - Proven track record in retail

ability to build an organization from inception and scale it efficiently. - High strategic agility
combined with hands-on drive — able to lead from the boardroom to the boutique
floor.
