• Prioritize and allocate resources across commissioning, field service, troubleshooting, and technical proposals.
• Monitor KPIs and service metrics, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Standardize and optimize support processes, documentation, and tools within the team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align customer needs with Danfoss solutions.
• Lead advanced customer discussions on drive system optimization and lifecycle strategies.
• Oversee technical training and onboarding for customers and internal sales teams.
