- - Develop and execute integrated online marketing strategies covering the entire funnel, from awareness through to conversion.
- - Lead all aspects of performance marketing including search, social, and retail media, to achieve key targets for ROAS, traffic, and conversion.
- - Manage Product Detail Page optimization, content marketing, influencer/live commerce collaborations, and CRM strategy to elevate Lifetime Value.
- - Efficiently manage the online marketing budget and track ROI based on granular metrics for agile reallocation aligned with performance.
- - Collaborate with digital channel owners to drive channel excellence and growth, and take the lead in executing live commerce campaigns.
- - Lead and coach the marketing team, while establishing seamless and organic collaboration structures with Sales and Brand teams.
- - Embed a data-driven decision-making culture, monitoring core KPIs for investment optimization, and exploring opportunities to introduce new marketing technologies.

- Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in marketing, business or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Korean
