Paid Media Management (60%) - Support Communication Director in designing the strategy and media plan based on global media guideline, business goals, marketing plan and brand vision - Management of Media Budgets: Manage media budgets based on the sales trend, business priority and marketing calendar and communicate with internal and outside stakeholders (inc. central & regional teams and media agencies) in a timely manner - Develop a brief of media campaign and convince the central team of our intention and rationale with the data - Initiative new practice and beta testing to be the first and seek for new opportunity - Maintain the good relation and partnership with media agencies and partners through close communication and regular meetings - Analyze ROI and results in a strategic approach and report it to internal, central & region teams on a regular basis 2. Owned Digital Media Management (15%) - Define KPIs and goals to consolidate a leadership and continue with digital excellence - Develop a local initiative for surprise and excitement and execute it to make an impact - Analyze results and KPIs and share it with internal, central and region teams 3. Team Management (25%) - Define priorities and mission of Paid & Owned Digital Team aligning with Communication Director - Give clear direction and guidelines to team members of paid and owned digital media - Make a strong team based on trust and close communication - Support team members to incubate a competency and potential
