Technical Sales

IT-Concept is seeking a proactive and tech passionate Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will help organizations embrace digital transformation by promoting our IT solutions and services including Networking & Cybersecurity managed IT services.
You will work closely with our technical experts and account managers to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions and contribute directly to our business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to build a career at the intersection of sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage with potential clients across various industries to understand their IT challenges and needs.
- Present IT-Concept¡¯s portfolio of solutions including cloud services, network and security solutions in a clear and consultative manner.
- Support the sales team in the full sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal preparation, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities using the company¡¯s CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and project managers to ensure seamless handovers from pre-sales to implementation.
- Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, products, and services to communicate value effectively to customers.
- Assist in preparing quotations, sales presentations, and client documentation.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate lead by searching for potential clients through various channels: company websites, LinkedIn, trade shows, referrals, or CRM databases.

Qualifications

- Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and modern workplace solutions including solutions from Cisco and Cloudflare.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English (preferred).
- Ability to translate technical information into business value for clients.
- Motivated by goals and comfortable working in a result-driven environment.
