Build strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure impactful coverage. Plan and execute press releases, media events, and PR activations to support product launches and brand campaigns. Manage local PR agencies, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives. Monitor media coverage, share of voice, and campaign performance, reporting key learnings and impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with global, regional, local brand teams and agency partners to integrate social and PR into broader 360 marketing campaigns. Collaborate with product, e-commerce, and retail marketing teams to amplify launches and ensure cohesive messaging. Serve as a cultural trendspotter, sharing insights on consumer behavior, digital culture, and emerging communication channels. Budget & Performance Management
Manage social and PR budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact. Define, track, and evaluate performance metrics for all initiatives, applying data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 7³â¡è ÇзÂ: ´ëÁ¹ ÀÌ»ó Á÷¹«±â¼ú: PR ±âŸ: 7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or PR (consumer electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle preferred). Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Naver, Kakao) and earned media landscape in Korea. Proven ability to create integrated campaigns combining social, influencer, and PR tactics. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (verbal and written). Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset with strong project management skills. Collaborative, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
