[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 10³â¡è - Bachelor¡¯s degree or above - Minimum 10 years of relevant
experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced and
dynamic environments (retail, hospitality or consumer industry preferred). - Proven experience in managing
massive retail recruitment projects and talent programs. - Strong business acumen with
the ability to act as a strategic partner to stakeholders. - Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Highly responsible, agile,
and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. - Fluent in English and Korean
(both written and spoken).
