Your responsibilities
• Execute key People & Culture operations at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience and a strong IKEA culture in daily work.
• Support competence, performance and engagement by setting People goals, coordinating learning, and ensuring effective onboarding and recruitment in collaboration with the Unit P&C Manager and People Planning Specialist.
• Drive retention and wellbeing through understanding co-worker needs and implementing Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure clear, consistent and engaging employer communication aligned with the IKEA brand.
• Manage co-worker relations and secure compliance with labor relations principles, local policies and laws while fostering a positive workplace.
