Accountable for the accounting operations of the company.
This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.
This position is also responsible for enhancing the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
 
[Roles and Responsibility]
① In charge of month end and year end closing process
② In charge of all financial reporting under USGAAP, KGAAP
③ Establish and maintain effective internal control, standard operating procedures
④ Prepare financial and management reports
⑤ Prepare quarterly SOX disclosure, and audit
 
[Accounting and Revenue Recognition]
① Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
② Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
③ Research technical accounting issues for compliance
④ Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
⑤ Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
⑥ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
