Role Overview
Lead digital channel sales, campaigns, operations, and team alignment to drive 

e-commerce growth across all platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Track channel sales/margins and deliver weekly performance reports
- Manage product launch calendars across Amazon, DTC, and Retail.com
- Ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and 3PL operational control
- Oversee SKU setup, catalog updates, and system data accuracy
- Mentor junior team members and serve as acting lead in Director¡¯s absence
- Identify workflow gaps and drive process automation
 
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
- Strong platform knowledge and project management skills
- Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making ability
- U.S. permanent residency or citizenship
