1.Coordinate/Implement local marketing strategy & map outgrowth plans
-Provide strong assistance in developing and executing Watch & Fragrances Marketing strategy thru local market analysis with comprehensive study on consumer behaviors, market trends, product attributes & etc.
-Collaborate with key stakeholders at both local and central levels to ensure full alignment and engagement in the development of comprehensive 360 action plans.
-Forecast future sales trends and incorporate insights into strategic planning and sales projections.
2.Conduct novelty launching strategy and action planning
-Assist for sales forecast of annual novelty sales potential by product & networks
-Support the proposal of MKT sales ambition and discussion with key stakeholders for quantitative & qualitative feedback upon novelty information
-Make execution and monitor 360 launching action plan including Marcom action, commercial & CRM/CS support, training, and collaboration with HQ
-Make annual product mapping book and release product news for novelty launching
-Manage product lifecycle in close collaboration with Merchandising and in line with the product strategy defined
-Participate ¡°Watch and Wonders¡± in Geneva and present Maison¡¯s novelty offers to external partners
3.Responsible for balanced Watch & Fragrances sales to enable long-term growth
-Monitor Watch & Fragrances BU/LE through sales & forecast by categories & networks
-Prioritize focus collection and keep track quarterly & yearly of MKT KPI for all channels
-Analyse sales results of commercial events and share quantitative & qualitative feedback collaborating with Communication& CRM teams
-Provide data for strategic category ambition and propose goals & guidelines to L&D in training to deliver clear strategic message
-Review/Consult sales forecast in collaboration with Merchandising & SCM teams for optimized sales results
-Manage product-related master data input, maintenance, and updates on internal platforms in collaboration with SCM team
-Support Watch community (internal staff) activities and learning experiences, as conducting workshops and seminar programs
4.Execute market analysis & share market news & insights
-Monitor closely competitors¡¯ marketing activities, make insight reports, and share them with all relevant teams in local & central to reposition Watch at the level of Myth
-Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities and risks
-Provides price positioning survey and product development request to HQ
-Implement market visits in regular terms for qualitative sharing with relevant teams and anticipating actions if necessary

•Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
•Min +6 years & Luxury brand background, Men¡¯s expertise is a plus
•Fluent in both Korean & English/ French a plus (not mandatory)
•High competency in MS office use: Excel, PowerPoint
•Passionate cooperator with transversal approach
•Interpersonal communicator with clear rational & intriguing story
•Strategic thinker upon overall business diagnosis
•Enthusiastic learner with nature of curiosity
•Strong time management and organizational & prioritization skills under pressure
