Sales Performance & Growth Insights
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT) to evaluate category and product performance.
- Prepare in-depth analysis of product mix, client behaviors, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute category-specific sales strategies aligned with the KR seasonal novelty calendar.
- Track and optimize campaign execution, including HP updates, takeover banners, and pop-ups to drive qualified traffic and incremental sales.
- Prepare concise, insight-driven reports for local and HQ stakeholders to guide strategic decisions and long-term business planning.
Global Project Management
- Lead and participate in global e-commerce projects, including KUT, ensuring all functionalities are validated for launch.
- Provide analytical perspectives and raise flags to HQ when issues arise during deployment or performance reviews.
E-Merchandising Excellence
- Own the end-to-end online merchandising strategy for Watches, Jewelry, Leather Goods, and other categories.
- Optimize PLP/CLP structure, product hierarchy, and content curation to maximize visibility, engagement, and sell-through.
- Partner with HQ and local teams to ideate and develop localized assets while upholding global brand identity.
Operations & Order Flow Management
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order flow monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination with CRC, DC, SCM, and Retail teams.
- Track inventory availability, supply status, and constraints across key categories; escalate critical issues to global teams with data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with HQ counterparts to resolve system errors or operational issues identified during order processing.
- Ensure seamless operational execution to minimize disruptions and safeguard the client experience.
Budget Management
- Support the management of e-commerce operational budgets, including PLV and packaging materials, aligned with sales trends.
- Partner with SCM and Finance teams to secure timely supply of materials and avoid operational disruptions.
[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
-University degree with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury e-commerce, digital merchandising, or marketing.
-Fluent in both Korean & English
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience in digital performance marketing (media optimization, traffic acquisition, analytics) is a plus.
-Familiarity with analytics and commerce platforms such as Looker, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and SAP is highly valued.
