[RESPONSIBILITIES] - Lead marketing strategy and execution to achieve sales, EBITDA and business targets. - Develop yearly business plan and manage key marketing initiatives end-to-end. - Strengthen marketing organization through R&R redesign, restructuring and capability building. - Ensure full Compliance Practice implementation and risk mitigation. - Drive new marketing initiatives to enhance SOV (Share of Voice), detailing quality, and account development. - Optimize OPEX through cost-efficiency, agency consolidation, and budget management. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.
[QUALIFICATIONS] - 15+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales & Marketing experience required). - Bachelor¡¯s degree or above; science-related major preferred (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, etc.). - Proven leadership in organizational restructuring, talent development, and performance-driven culture. - Strong project management, strategic thinking, and analytical capability. - Deep understanding of pharmaceutical CP (Compliance Practice) and operational excellence. - Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
