Key Tasks of the Job: 

• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, source, and procure key food categories, including Produce, Potatoes, Dairy, Frying Oil, and Beverages, while ensuring optimization of both cost and quality.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
• Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and stay updated on industry trends to uncover new sourcing opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sourcing strategies that drive long-term efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.
• Procurement Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements: 

 

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing and procurement processes.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and ensuring supply continuity. 
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Solid understanding of financial and cost management within supply chain operations.
