[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] 1. Position Overview The Sr. ER Specialist will serve as a key execution lead, supporting the Sr. ER Manager in maintaining a stable and compliant workplace environment. This role is designed for a high-potential HR professional with a strong Generalist background and English fluency. While direct Union negotiation experience is not mandatory, the successful candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the Labor-Management Council operations and a proactive approach to employee communication.
2. Key Responsibilities - Employee Relations & Labor-Management Council (40%) o Facilitate and manage quarterly Labor-Management Council meetings, including agenda setting and minute taking. o Act as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and effective conflict resolution. o Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture. - Compliance & Policy Management (30%) o Review and update Rules of Employment and HR policies to ensure compliance with the Korean Labor Standards Act. o Manage mandatory organizational training programs, including workplace harassment prevention and industrial safety. o Support risk management efforts by monitoring legal precedents and regulatory trends. - HR Operations & Stakeholder Communication (30%) o Manage English-language reporting and communications for regional or global headquarters regarding ER/LR matters. o Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Commercial departments to execute comprehensive communication strategies. o Analyze ER-related data (turnover, satisfaction metrics) to support strategic decision-making by leadership.
