[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 15³â¡è ÇзÂ: ´ëÁ¹ Á÷¹«±â¼ú: ¸¶ÄÉÆÃ ±âŸ: - Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role. - Proven track record in performance marketing, content marketing, CRM, and budget management. - Strong knowledge of Korean digital ecosystem (Naver, Coupang, 11st, GMarket, SSG, Kakao, DTC, YouTube, TikTok). - Hands-on experience managing paid search, social, retail media, and influencer campaigns. - Solid understanding of budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis. - Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners. - Fluent in Korean and English.
