- Strong knowledge of Korean digital ecosystem (Naver, Coupang, 11st, GMarket, SSG, Kakao, DTC, YouTube, TikTok).
- Hands-on experience managing paid search, social, retail media, and influencer campaigns.
- Solid understanding of budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
