Social Media Management Lead content planning and execution across Instagram, YouTube, Naver Blog, TikTok, and KakaoTalk. Manage influencer partnerships—from ideation to performance tracking. Build engaged social communities through authentic conversations and user-generated content. Track KPIs and optimize content and campaigns using data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with global, regional, local brand teams and agency partners to integrate social into broader 360 marketing campaigns. Collaborate with product, e-commerce, and retail marketing teams to amplify launches and ensure cohesive messaging. Serve as a cultural trendspotter, sharing insights on consumer behavior, digital culture, and emerging communication channels.
Budget & Performance Management Manage social budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to deliver maximum impact. Define, track, and evaluate performance metrics for all initiatives, applying data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Proven ability to create integrated campaigns combining social, influencer tactics. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (verbal and written). Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset with strong project management skills. Collaborative, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
