■ 주요 업무
수성 / 유성 / 우레탄 등 산업용 접착제 접착 실험 및 기술 검증
고객사 현장 기술지원 및 기술 이슈 해결
고객 불만(VOC) 접수, 원인 분석 및 개선 방안 도출
고객 대상 제품 사용법 교육 및 기술 미팅/발표
PDS, 기술자료, 프레젠테이션 자료 작성
영업, R&D, 품질 등 유관부서와의 기술 협업

■ 자격 요건
화학, 공업화학, 화학공업 등 화학 관련 전공 학사 이상
접착제, 점착제, 코팅, 필름, 고분자 소재 등
Technical Service 또는 R&D 경력 3~8년

■ 우대 사항
산업용 접착제, 점착제(Formulation) 개발 또는 기술지원 경험
고분자 / 무기재료 기반 Formulation 경험자
고객사 기술 대응 및 VOC 처리 경험자
영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (문서/미팅)

Technical Support (Industry) – Experienced Hire

(Automotive Industry Background Preferred)

A global chemical company is seeking a Technical Support professional
with hands-on experience in industrial adhesive technologies.

Headquartered in Euroup, the company has established a strong and stable presence in Korea, particularly in construction mortars and industrial adhesive solutions.
With recent large-scale investment in domestic manufacturing facilities and ongoing business expansion, the company is strengthening its technical organization to support growing industrial applications.

■ Position Information
Position: Technical Support (Technical Department / Industry)
Level: Assistant Manager ~ Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Suwon, Korea

Headcount: 1

■ Key Responsibilities
Conduct adhesion testing and technical validation for water-based, solvent-based, and polyurethane industrial adhesives
Provide on-site technical support and resolve technical issues for automotive industry customers
Handle customer VOCs, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions
Deliver product application training, technical meetings, and presentations to customers
Prepare PDS, TDS, technical documentation, and presentation materials
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, and other related departments on technical matters

■ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
3–8 years of experience in adhesive, PSA, coating, or polymer materials
within Technical Service or R&D roles
Experience supporting automotive industry projects or customers

■ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with industrial adhesive formulations
(epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, silicone, etc.)
Hands-on experience with automotive OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 customer support
Proven experience in customer technical support and VOC handling
English communication skills for technical documentation and meetings
