Looking for a Logistics Project Manager of a high-end luxury brand to manage the brand's 3PL and logistics operations with 10+ years of relevant experience. Fluency in English required.

**General Operations**
* Coordinate and communicate with logistics partners, including 3PL providers, customs brokers, local delivery vendors, and bonded warehouses.
* Prepare and deliver routine operational reports and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (e.g., inbound/outbound status, slow-moving or dead stock reports).
* Maintain and optimize distribution center structures, processes, and IT systems to support omni-channel operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow between e-commerce and physical retail channels.

**Project & Budget Management**
* Drive and manage global projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Retail, E-commerce, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, etc.) to resolve operational and system-related issues.
* Partner with local and regional IT teams to support effective integration between supply chain systems and 3PL warehouse management systems.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Experience with e-commerce warehouse operations, along with hands-on use of WMS and TMS systems, is considered an advantage.
