A global consumer products company experiencing rapid growth in APAC is seeking a Sales & Operations Finance Business Partner to support its South Korea business. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Commercial Sales and Operations teams to drive financial performance, improve profitability, and ensure disciplined investment and cost management.

Commercial Finance & Sales Partnership

Act as a strategic finance partner to the Sales team, supporting pricing, promotions, trade spend, and customer negotiations
Drive sales forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reviews with local leadership
Analyze revenue drivers, margins, and promotional effectiveness to maximize ROI
Manage trade spend planning, accruals, and actuals with strong governance and insights
Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support for growth initiatives
Operations Finance

Partner with Operations teams on logistics, warehousing, delivery, and after-sales cost management
Monitor operational cost drivers and identify efficiency and optimization opportunities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for operational expenses
Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into costs, KPIs, and risks
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
7~14 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
Strong background in trade spend management (FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail preferred)
Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L analysis
Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with Oracle Fusion / EPM or Power BI is a plus
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
