[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Market Analysis & Competition Watch - Conduct ongoing market watch and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive activities within the Korean makeup market. - Identify and recommend to HQ opportunities in products, shades, and activations. O Product Launch: - Forecast the quantities for the new product launches - Liaise with Supply Chain and Regulatory departments to ensure timely launches - Collaborate closely with Korea B&M, E-business, communication, CRM, and Education teams to define a proper go-to market strategy (activation, assortment, channel priorities and sales supports) - Lead the entire adaptation for Korea of the global launch guidelines ensuring timely and successful launch according to the targets with all the operational teams - Manage budget for purchase and consumption of launch Posm (GWP, samples, testers and generic sales Posm) by channel O Assortment and Catalogue Management - Monitor product performance, sales data, and market share, providing regular reports and insights to all teams. - Manage the existing catalogue, and propose support on existing products and bestsellers - Work with supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and forecast accuracy as well as optimized end of life management - Manage budget for purchase and consumption of catalogue Posm (GWP, samples, testers and generic sales Posm) by channel O Budget and Forecast - Monitor the gross margin of basic stock including new products - Monitor profitability of promotional offers and adjust the product mix when necessary to achieve the gross margin - Ensure that budget is adhered to and not exceeded in planning production promotion, enabling charge according to business demands to maximize budget effectiveness - Effectively handle stock management with flexibility to prevent problems of product arrival, out of stock, under-forecasting etc., providing necessary/recommendable solution
