Strong capability in platform negotiation, commercial planning, and performance
management -
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within matrix organizations -
Excellent leadership and team management skills -
Knowledge of various
digital marketing channels
and performance marketing dynamics to support potential
development based on local trends to drive conversion, customer engagement and
traffic -
Proven experience collaborating with global HQ and regional stakeholders in a
matrix organization -
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and delivering
sustainable growth -
Excellent communication skills across all levels and job functions -
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and execution capability -
