Strategic Planning & review
Develop and implement the long-term and yearly MarComm strategies across all functions
Review monthly and annual MarComm plan
Analyze the implementations of all MarComm strategies and campaign KPIs
Market intelligence
Budget Management
Build A&P budget (media, PR, event, client treatment etc.)
Track and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P spending and expenses
Responsible for external vendors and agency procurement
Digital & Media
Annual media planning and strategy development
Supervise media execution and KPI achievement
Co-work with a designated media agency
Public Relations
Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community
Plan strategic PR initiatives

[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]

Min. 15 years of professional marketing & communication experience in high-end retail industry with at least 3 years in leadership position (luxury jewelry and watch, fashion will be plus)
Strong communication skills both in Korean and English
Solid local network with strong knowledge of luxury market in Korea
Hands-on management skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
