Job Description
1) HR Strategy & Operation
- Establish HR/People Strategy & Long-term Roadmap
- Organization/Job/Talent Operating Model Design
- Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) & Transformation
2) Process & Policy Design
- Core HR Policy & System Design (evaluation/reward/promotion/cultivation)
- Conduct As-Is diagnostics and design To-Be models to define and standardize optimized HR processes.
- Design and implement structured job architectures and competency models tailored to organizational needs.
3) Platform & Data Enablement
- Establish strategies for Digital HR transformation, including HRIS/SaaS adoption, system architecture design, and implementation roadmaps.
- Build People Analytics ecosystems, including metrics definition, data governance, and the development of analytical use cases.
- Design data-driven decision-making models, including HR dashboards, KPI trees, and insight-driven narratives to support executive leadership.
