Compensation & Benefit (50%)
- Manage the Compensation & Benefit program under supervision from HR Business partner. Others (50%)
- Provides advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives.
- Communicates company and government rules, regulations and procedures and the need for compliance to management and employees under supervision from HR Business partner.
- Manage local compliance training and support ad hoc training if required.
- Coordinate organizational culture program.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Support Tapestry Group project


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

-+5 years¡¯ experience in various HR tasks (Compensation and Benefit, Payroll, Policy, Law)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office software
- Experienced in multinational company
- Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility
- Professional business English
- Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
