[ 담당업무 ]
- Lead demand forecasting, store-level allocation, and distribution planning across Retail BTQs, Duty Free, and E-Commerce
- Ensure optimal stock availability, rebalancing inventory across boutiques, and drive depletion strategies for excess stock
- Support novelty on-time distribution in partnership with HQ & Marketing
- Collaborate with local import/compliance teams to ensure full regulatory adherence for Fragrances & POSM
- Monitor seasonal in/out inventory cycles and inter-boutique stock balancing
- Engage, empower, and guide supply/demand planners, stock coordinators, and supervise inventory/project analytics
- Lead communication and innovation on reporting dashboards (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Build structured learning & development plans to elevate team competencies
[ 자격조건 ]
- 10+ years in supply chain (Luxury/FMCG/Retail experience advantageous)
- 2+ years of team management experience (minimum)
- Fluent in Korean & English; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel; experience with Anaplan / Power BI / Looker is a plus
- Strong analytical, commercial mindset with agility between strategy and operations
