The Ambassador at the Client Relations Center is responsible for achieving exceeding sales, KPIs, SLAs, and deliver an exceptional service experience to all internal and external clients. The ambassador will be the voice of the Maison, ensuring omnichannel relay, welcoming and understanding client needs, while advising and share the Maison values, history and know-how. This position will deliver a truly brand experience to all clients providing information and enchanting clients via phone, email and other tools when possible (ex. Kakaotalk).

-Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, retail, or eCommerce environment.
-Bachelor¡¯s degree preferred but not required, especially in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
-Customer Service Excellence drive & skills
-Comfort with virtual client interactions and sales
-Ability to quickly absorb extensive information and adapt to various situations.
-Confidence and technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems
-Experience using Salesforce, CRM, SAP , or other comparable email and chat management tools plus
-Communication skill in English is a plus
