Creative Excellence & Localization: Define and curate high-impact creative assets tailored to local consumer sentiments; collaborate with Global Creative teams to ensure timely deployment of premium marketing materials.

Global Governance & Synergy: Maintain robust communication with Global HQ to localize and implement international best practices effectively within the domestic context.

2. Market Driving & Channel Activation
Omni-channel Brand Activation: Architect and implement integrated brand activation strategies across online and offline retail touchpoints through close cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic Trade Enablement: Ensure consistent brand messaging at the point of sale by providing marketing assets and orchestrating Visual Merchandising (VMD) strategies for sales and distribution partners.

GTM Strategy & Category Expansion: Spearhead high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches to aggressively expand market share within key product categories.

3. Business Performance & Budgetary Governance
Full P&L Accountability: Take ownership of the marketing strategy execution for the assigned portfolio, driving both top-line revenue growth (P&L) and market share expansion.

Resource Optimization & ROI: Establish and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring prudent spending, compliance, and the maximization of Return on Investment (ROI).

ABP Delivery Support: Identify clear growth drivers to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of the Annual Business Plan (ABP).

4. Consumer Intelligence & Strategic Partnerships
Consumer Insight Synthesis: Extract actionable insights regarding Korean household characteristics and market dynamics to sharpen brand positioning and competitive advantage.
