[Key Responsibilities] -Standardize company-wide planning processes across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Logistics -Develop inventory management policies for excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and scrap inventory based on structural analysis -Define and manage inventory KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, excess stock ratio) and design governance frameworks -Establish SKU rationalization criteria based on SKU-level sales, margin, and inventory contribution analysis -Design performance analytics and executive reporting frameworks using DW and BI systems for inventory, SKU, and planning
[Qualifications] -Experience in SCM planning or planning management (focused on demand, supply, and inventory) -Strong capability in data analysis and structuring from the perspectives of inventory cost, profitability, and operational complexity -Experience in KPI definition, process design, and decision-making governance frameworks -Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics, Finance)
[Preferred Qualifications] -Experience in designing or enhancing S&OP / S&OE frameworks -Project experience in SKU rationalization or inventory structure optimization -Understanding of DW and data modeling; experience with self-service analytics environments -Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI -Experience in setting and deploying SCM standards across global entities or multi-organizational environments
