[직무개요]
식품 제조공장의 공무파트 총괄 책임자로서, 생산설비·유틸리티·시설 전반의 유지보수 체계 구축 및 운영, 안전/환경/법규 대응, 투자 검토 및 예산 관리를 총괄합니다.

[업무내용]
1. 설비 유지보수 총괄
-주요 생산설비 및 유틸리티 설비 점검/정비/예방보전 체계 구축 및 운영
-외주 정비업체 관리 및 기술 협의
-정기/법정 검사 계획 수립 및 실행

2. 시설 · 유틸리티 · 인프라 관리
-전기/수도/가스/스팀 등 에너지 사용량 분석 및 절감 활동 추진
-건물, 배관, 전기설비, 소방설비 등 시설 유지관리
-외부 점검 및 감사 대응

3. 설비 · 안전 · 환경 · 법규 대응
-산업안전보건법 및 설비/유틸리티/환경 관련 법규 준수체계 운영
-대관 업무 및 각종 인증/심사 대응 (ISO, HACCP 등)
-사고 및 설비 고장 발생 시 원인 분석 및 재발방지 대책 수립

4. 투자 및 예산 관리
-투자 타당성 검토 (공정, 적용기술, 설비, Layout 등 기술적 검증)
-투자 완료 설비/공정 운영 모니터링 및 개선사항 도출/적용
-설비 유지보수 비용 및 예산 편성/관리

[Food Manufacturing] Maintenance & Utilities Team Leader (Plant Engineering)
Position Overview

The Maintenance & Utilities Team Leader is responsible for leading all plant maintenance, utilities, and facility operations, including preventive maintenance systems, regulatory compliance, capital investment review, and budget management.

[Key Responsibilities]
1. Maintenance & Reliability Management
-Establish and operate preventive maintenance programs for major production and utility equipment
-Manage external maintenance contractors and conduct technical coordination
-Plan and execute regular and statutory inspections

2. Facility, Utilities & Infrastructure Management
-Analyze and optimize electricity, water, gas, and steam usage to drive cost reduction initiatives
-Maintain buildings, piping systems, electrical facilities, and fire protection systems
-Respond to external audits and inspections

3. Safety, Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
-Operate compliance systems for industrial safety, equipment, utilities, and environmental regulations
-Manage government relations and support certifications and audits (ISO, HACCP, etc.)
-Conduct root cause analysis for accidents and equipment failures and implement preventive actions

4. Capital Investment & Budget Management
-Review and validate capital investment proposals (process, applied technologies, equipment, and layout feasibility)
-Monitor post-investment operational performance and implement improvement actions
-Manage maintenance and capital expenditure budgets

[Qualifications]
-Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance/engineering roles (mechanical, automation, electrical control) within food manufacturing or related industries
-Ability to review process and equipment drawings (AutoCAD, including 3D CAD)
-Experience in food production and automation equipment design review
-Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
-No restrictions on overseas business travel

[Preferred Qualifications]
-Experience with tofu, noodle, beverage, or sauce production lines
-Background in food manufacturing production, maintenance, or engineering
-Project Management experience, including new plant or new production line projects (domestic or overseas)
