a. Achieve sales objective and maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customer groups within assigned geographic territory
b. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in Retail and KOLs of the hospitals to create sales opportunity and promote ADC products
c. Develop understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities
d. Increase market share within assigned geographic territory
e. Visit assigned retail shops & hospitals on a regular basis to gather updated market trend information and to sell the products to the accounts
f. Manage AR for the accounts and handle the issues with the logistic channel partner on bad credit accounts
g. Report and analysis of own accounts at the given timing and due Applies and communicates Abbott values in all decisions internally an externally
