[Main objectives] Full order process demand for all responsibility to customer and sales support Co-work with sales, logistic, technical support to fulfil customer`s request Managing the Inside sales team as a team leader [Tasks] - Order Management for Direct Customers & Dealers using SAP - To ensure accurate quotation & margin calculation - Order status check and sending order acknowledgement and invoice to the customer - Expedites and communicates delivery dates, prices, terms, order verification - Handling Sample order and complaints and forwarding claims to tech. support - Maintain master files such as price list, customer list, etc. - Support sales to provide application and product training to customers - Follow-up daily business activities with the existing dealers and key-customers, including promotional sales and marketing activities, support order execution. - Following up payment collection & due date issues
◈ Requirement capability
- 학력: 4년제 대졸 이상자
- 경력: 관련직무 경력 5년 - 12년차 이내
- Ability to speak and write in Korean and English - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle a variety of tasks as well as problem solving - Ability to work independently or in teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
