Assistant Manager, eCommerce Business Planning (Global)

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Reporting
- - Support annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles for global eCommerce
- - Prepare performance reports across:
- : DTC platforms
- : Amazon US and international marketplaces
- - Track KPIs, sales, margin, and advertising performance vs. plan
Data & Analysis
- - Maintain planning templates, P&L models, and dashboards
- - Analyze trends across regions, channels, and product assortments
- - Support ad hoc analysis related to global expansion and new market launches
Execution & Project Tracking
- - Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for global initiatives
- - Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution
- - Support business reviews and leadership meetings with clear materials
Global Coordination Support
- - Support coordination with internal teams and external partners for global Amazon expansion
- - Help ensure data consistency and process alignment across regions
- - Assist in documenting best practices for scalable global operations
Qualifications
- - 3?6 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or eCommerce operations
- - Strong Excel and analytical skills
- - Basic understanding of Amazon and/or DTC eCommerce models
- - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- - Strong communication and follow-up skills
Preferred
- - Exposure to Amazon international marketplaces
- - Experience in beauty, CPG, or eCommerce brands
- - Experience with dashboards, BI tools, or automation
- - Interest in global business and cross-market operations
